Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Sub Zero Repairs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our services throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Services
Sub Zero Repairs provides repair, maintenance, installation, and emergency services exclusively for Sub-Zero brand refrigerators, freezers, and wine storage units. All services are performed by factory-certified technicians using genuine OEM parts. Service availability, scheduling, and scope are subject to technician availability, parts availability, and geographic coverage.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods, including secure online payment via Square. Our diagnostic fee of $89 is waived when you proceed with a recommended repair. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Online booking deposits and diagnostic fees are credited toward the cost of any repair you approve.
Warranties
All repairs include a 1-year warranty on parts and a 90-day warranty on labor. This warranty covers defects in parts we install and workmanship performed by our technicians. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear unrelated to our repair. Warranty service requires proof of original service.
Limitation of liability
Sub Zero Repairs' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of food, beverages, or other perishable goods. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and are fully bonded in Wisconsin.
Changes to terms
Sub Zero Repairs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin.
